[IMPORTANT]: We have updated our bank deposit details

As part of our ongoing efforts to serve you better, we have updated our Wire Deposit process. Please note the updates below:

  • Our bank account details have changed effective July 25th, 2018. In order to ensure your payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, please ensure to use our updated bank account details when initiating your wire transfers. Any wire transfers made to our previous bank account post-July 30th, 2018, will be reversed, and the payment will not be processed. 

In order to initiate a wire deposit to our new bank account, please follow the below simple steps: 

Step 1: Please visit the Deposit Money page in order to begin placing a voucher. Fill in the AED amount that you would like to transfer. You will now have the option of selecting between two unique AED values. Please select any of the values, note down your User ID number, click ‘confirm’ to proceed.

Step 2
: Once you have confirmed your voucher order and have noted your unique AED voucher value and User ID number, please initiate a transfer to us using our new bank account details. Please ensure you include BitOasis User ID, and that your wire transfer amount matches your unique AED voucher value in order for your payment to be processed in a timely manner.

  •  Our Local and International minimum voucher amounts have been updated:

– Local voucher orders now have a minimum amount of 300.01 AED.
– International voucher orders now have a minimum amount of 5,000.01 AED.

  • We are also pleased to announce that we are now able to extend the wire deposit feature to all Emirates NBD customers.

– If you are an Oman user, you are kindly requested to provide us your IBAN number in order to initiate a withdrawal to your personal bank account.

–  If you transfer an amount that does not match the amount you select on the “Deposit Money” page, it could take up 3 working days to process your payment, and a charge of 150 AED will be applied.

– If you do not enter your BitOasis User ID or enter a User ID that does not match the information on your “Deposit Money” page, it could take up to 3 working days to process your payment, and a charge of 100 AED will be applied.
